Being very dynamic at his approach with his most deliberate efforts extended his research after considering the various aspects in herbal extracts has embarked in manufacturing of Curcumin, Gymnema, Garcinia, Senna etc.

SPLS group consequently has a R&D and pilot plant established in Hyderabad, where SPLS had their manufacturing facility. The process for extraction of Curcumin from turmeric rhizome and roots was developed initially at the lab level and scaled up on the pilot plant. Work on establishing a facility to produce 60tpa Curcumin and also to process 150 mt. of herbal raw materials commenced in Nov. 2011 and financial closures were effected during Oct. 2012, with a capital outlay of Rs.100 mn.
