Help Rehabilitation Home was encouraged by Dr. Vinod Dhar, Mr.P N Raina and Mr. Herkesh Gupta. The aim is to provide De-addiction & Psychiatry treatments to the patient in Jammu on lines of acceptable International medicinal Regimes.OPD services and counseling started in 2009.
