#   Modification to services :
Epageindia reserves the right to alter or withdraw any service permanently or temporary with or without notice to user. User must agree with this statement that Epageindia will not legally responsible for discontinuation of any service.

#   Conduct :
User agrees to put up with all laws and regulations in User's utilization of the Service. User will be responsible for any kinds of abusive and illegal contents of advertisements.

#   Termination :
EpageIndia reserves all rights to terminate user’s account due to violation or any type of disobedience. If any user acts inconsistently with this agreement then EpageIndia will expire user’s current account immediately. Acknowledgement regarding termination may be effected without preceding notice and EpageIndia can also delete all ads by this user.

#   Notices :
Any notices regarding new services, rules, first class posts, pre-recorded deliveries, you will receive within 72 hours of posting, if you posted correct address.

#   Dispute Resolution :
In case of any dispute arising within this Agreement and which is not resolved as per following discussions and negotiations between people those are appointed or authorized by the third parties to this Agreement, then they try to settle the dispute by appealing in good faith with the others. Every type of task is decided after discussion and settlement is provided to victim as per his favor.
